Fundraising

Thank you for taking the first step towards supporting your cause through a Beef A Roo fundraiser. Our fundraisers are available only in-restaurant and drive thru, with 20% of sales directly donated to your cause, contingent upon meeting the minimum fundraiser sales requirements detailed below.

We Collaborate With A Wide Variety Of Organizations

Here are some examples of groups we frequently partner with:

  • Non-Profits (American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters, etc.)
  • Pre K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom)Pre
  • University Groups (Intramural Sports, Greek Life, College Radio)
  • Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)

If your organization aligns with these categories or a similar cause and meets our criteria, please submit an application via the link provided below. Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to approve all submissions. If selected, we will contact you promptly.

Please Give A Three Week Notice

Please provide a minimum of three weeks’ notice to schedule your event. This gives our restaurants ample time to prepare and allows you to effectively promote your fundraiser.

Criteria For Eligibility To Receive Fundraiser Proceed Donations

To ensure purchases count towards your fundraiser, supporters must:
  • Verbally inform our cashier of their participation
  • OR Present a physical fundraiser flyer
  • OR Show a digital flyer on a smartphone or other mobile device
Please note: Delivery orders or orders placed outside your
scheduled event will not count towards your fundraiser.

Eligibility For Fundraising

Before applying, ensure your fundraiser aligns with our partnership criteria. While we support a variety of causes, fundraisers for the following purposes are ineligible:
  • Individual causes (scholarships, stipends, personal medical expenses)
  • For-profit ventures (business startups, personal business ventures)
  • Religious groups for religious purposes (youth groups, mission trips)
  • Lobbying or political groups (we focus on serving great food!)
  • Individual study, research, or travel grants (personal travel or study tours)
  • Any other causes that do not align with our partnership guidelines

Beef A Roo does not support organizations that discriminate based on age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation, or religious belief.

By proceeding you agree that your organization fits Beefaroo’s eligibility criteria as listed on the fundraiser application and that your fundraiser may be rejected or canceled if this criteria is not met or fundraiser policies are violated.
