1. SPONSOR: The Beef-a-Roo Summer Spin & Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Beef-a-Roo, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at [COMPANY ADDRESS].
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on [END DATE] (“Promotion Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, franchisees, managers, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may scan the QR code printed on a qualifying Beef-a-Roo receipt to access the digital Spin & Win game and receive one (1) game play per qualifying transaction.
   
   LIMIT ONE (1) GAME PLAY PER QUALIFYING TRANSACTION UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Multiple transactions may be required for additional game plays.
   
   ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”): To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3x5 card including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: [AMOE ADDRESS]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than [DATE]. Eligible AMOE entrants will receive one (1) game play.
5. PRIZES: Prizes may include free menu items, discounts, combo upgrades, promotional offers, or other designated rewards determined solely by Sponsor. Prize inventory, prize types, and odds of winning may vary by location and date.
   
   All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. PRIZE REDEMPTION: ALL PRIZES ARE VALID ON A FUTURE VISIT ONLY AND MAY NOT BE REDEEMED DURING THE SAME TRANSACTION IN WHICH THE GAME PLAY WAS RECEIVED.
   
   Prizes must be redeemed by the expiration date stated on the digital prize screen or accompanying offer. Unless otherwise stated:
   • Limit one (1) prize redemption per person per visit
   • Valid only at participating Beef-a-Roo locations
   • Dine-in, drive-thru, and mobile redemption availability may vary
   • No cash redemption, substitution, transfer, or resale permitted
   • Not valid with other offers, discounts, coupons, or promotions unless expressly permitted
   • Customer may be responsible for applicable sales tax
   • Phone number required for in store redemption.
